1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, hosting a game or joining a game on Y50 Playmaker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Enable two-factor authentication if your account matters to you.
Do not impersonate others, share your account, or create accounts to evade a suspension.
3. Content you create
You keep ownership of the games, questions and media you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and deliver that content to the players you invite.
You confirm you have the right to use any text, image or audio you upload or link to, including third-party media.
4. Acceptable use
Do not publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or that violates someone else's rights or privacy.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or live sessions you were not invited to.
Do not manipulate scores, automate answers, or otherwise cheat in a live game.
5. Hosting and players
Hosts are responsible for the games they run and for the audience they invite. Nicknames, answers and scores are visible to other participants and on TV Mode screens.
6. Availability
We work to keep Playmaker reliable, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may pause or modify parts of the service for maintenance or safety.
7. Suspension
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, especially where players are put at risk or content is reported as abusive.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Y50 Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Playmaker, including lost content or interrupted live games.
